About the cottage
Cottage U Potoka, as its name suggests, is located on the banks of the Kobylská stream, which flows past our premises. On the floor of the cottage there are two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there are three beds. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a cosy living room with a tiled fireplace and kitchen. And there is no sauna on offer in this cottage. This accommodation is ideal for 5 people.
Cottage size
Cottage U potoka is very cozy with a small kitchen and living room equipped with TV. The total size of the cottage is 87 m2.
Comfortable beds
Sleep is important, which is why we have prepared luxury beds and selected cotton bed linen that will lull you to sleep with its scent of cleanliness.
1 bathroom
The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is also a hairdryer. On the ground floor of the cottage you will find a separate toilet.
Towels and bath towels
A towel and bath towel are provided for each guest on the bed. Each bathroom has a separate hand towel and bath mat.
Kitchen with dining table
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, furnished in authentic Wallachian style. If you need a high chair for your child, no problem.
Living room
The living room adjacent to the kitchen is equipped with comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a TV. You can warm up in the stove and enjoy a relaxing evening.
Tiled fireplace stove
The warmth of the stove and the crackling wood will give you a cosy atmosphere on cold evenings. At our stove you will find plenty of wood and the necessary fireplace tools.
Grill
On the terrace we have a Weber gas grill including a gas cylinder for your grilling and preparation of delicious meals.
WiFi
Of course, we offer free WiFi internet access throughout the property.
TV
The living room has a flat-screen TV with internet connection and offers Czech and Slovak channels.
Outdoor terrace
The outdoor terrace is partially covered and offers a table, benches and folding chairs overlooking the playground. It is the only cottage that does not have an entrance directly from the cottage.
The cottage does not offer a sauna
If you require a stay in the sauna in the cottage, please choose the cottages Pomměnka, Jednička and U nás, which have a sauna.

Fully equipped kitchen
Electric cooker with oven, electric kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine including capsules, dishes, pots and other small kitchen equipment is fully at your disposal. You won’t find a dishwasher in this kitchen, but you can still enjoy washing dishes – we have all the means to do so.
Do you prefer tea? Great, you will also find a basic selection of teas in our kitchen. Last but not least, you will also find dishwashing detergents, kitchen towels (cloth and paper) and tissues in the box. We have a highchair for your little ones so that they can enjoy their meal too.
