Accommodation in cozy Wallachian cottages was created on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Karolinka, which lies in the valley of the Bečva River and is surrounded by the Javorníky Mountains and the Vsetín Hills. The town of Karolinka is known for its long history of glassmaking, which gives the place a unique charm.
Our wooden cottages were created out of love for Wallachia, Wallachian traditions and beautiful nature. The Mátěráda area offers accommodation in privacy, peace and family atmosphere. The smell and warmth of the wooden interiors in contrast with modern furnishings will delight everyone.
Pure nature
The Beskydy Mountains, in the centre of which the Mátěráda cottages are situated, are famous for their mountains, hills, forests, pure nature and beautiful panoramic views of the landscape. Forget your worries and come to the Mátěráda area to rest, relax and enjoy the real beauty. Our accommodation will provide you with comfort and coziness. You can come with your partners, family or friends.
In summer, go for a pleasant hike or a cycling trip to the Karolinka area. In winter, enjoy winter fun on the ski slopes right in town and in the evening you can warm up in the sauna, which most of our cottages have available.

Each of our cottages truly combines a pleasant atmosphere and comfort. Thanks to the tasteful furnishings of the rooms, the modern kitchen facilities and the clean design of the bathrooms, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Parking is available on site. You have the opportunity to use the outdoor barbecue area, and each cottage has its own terrace with barbecue. In addition, there is the opportunity to roast your own sausages on one of the two communal fireplaces.

Cottage U potoka is for 5 people – it has two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, partially covered terrace for outdoor seating.
Cottage Jednička
Cottage Jednička is for 8 people – it has three bedrooms, bathroom with bath, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace for outdoor seating.
Cottage U Nás
Cottage U Nás is for up to 11 people – it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace for outdoor seating.
Cottage Vyhlídka
Cottage Vyhlídka is for up to 12 people – it has four bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a room with a wood-burning stove and two covered terraces including a bathing barrel.
